Leg lamps

Honestly, this idea of "leg lamps" is completely and utterly new to us. Who would have thought that the idea of a human leg on a lamp would sell so well.

If you don't know what a leg lamp is, it's a plastic model of an actual human leg supporting a lamp. The idea is somewhat bizarre, yes - but the lamps are quite popular, nonetheless. Maybe because people are able to relate to the legs on the lamps - who knows. Any ways, we could only really find one of these lamps, which is below.

Christmas Story 20-inch Leg Lamp

$44.99 USD

Comments:

This lamp is 20 inches tall and light actually shines from it in two places - the leg, and the bulb. Pretty zany. This is a replica, the original is 40 inches tall and is a tad more expensive.

You've seen the leg lamp, now get the party lights! Add a bit of holiday laughter to your tree with this Leg Lamp Ornament, a replica of the (in)famous "leg lamp" from the family classic film, A Christmas Story. Ornament is highly detailed with a fringed shade and fishnet-look on the plastic leg. Hand-painted resin, 5"H. The link to purchase this item will be added shortly.
